Cindy Bousquet Harris is a poet and the editor of Spirit Fire Review. After earning her Master’s degree in counseling, she worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist for many years. And loved it.

But Cindy also loves to write. Her poems can be found in numerous journals, including Nostos Literary Journal, Inlandia: A Literary Journey, California Quarterly, MacQueen’s Quinterly, Ghost Town Lit, Black Bough Poetry Christmas & Winter Edition Volumes II
and III, as well as in several anthologies, including Poemeleon’s Over the Moon: Birds, Beasts, and Trees.

She has lead poetry workshops for youth and adults. She’s given poetry readings at the Claremont Library, California Botanic Garden, and Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center. Born and raised in the Midwest, Cindy now lives in Southern California with her husband and family and their three dogs—and loves to take pictures of clouds.
